Our database crashed due to a hard-drive problem, almost 5 years of data were lost. We tried using well-known computer repair places but their attempts failed as the recovered data gave us run-time errors on the data integrity tests. I found Ace Data reviews so I decided to contact Mr Chao based on his reviews and the technical information he has on his website. I explained the situation as all of our operation was on hold due to this problem. Mr Chao took the disk in for diagnosis and promptly gave me an estimate. He repaired the drive with in-stock parts and passed the files to an external hard-drive. The backup files passed the integrity tests and and returned to be a happy business owner. I will recommend Mr Chao. for his professionalism and knowledge.

Recently was unable to access all of my work files (over 50,000) on my external hard drive and thought they were lost forever….Chao Wei was able to access and retrieve ALL files and restore my data to a new external hard drive!!! This saved me many hours and days of my time and fortunately didn’t loose over 15 years of data! The service provided was efficient, thorough and much faster than expected. Would most definitely recommend their services!!
I work for a few year whites Ace Data Lab and all stars when a customer hard drive became unreadable but Ace Data Lab were able to fully recover all of my data and kept me constantly updated. I delivery the media and just in a day the call me back whit the solution to my problem .The price is good in comparation whit the monster in the industry like Seagate. My computer stopped working and I did not have anything backed up. A huge error on my part, but Ace Data Lab helped me get 100% of my data back within days. I left my hard drive there on Monday and Tuesday he had already looked at it and gave me a price. A reasonable price for the work he put into getting it all back. On Thursday I went to pick up my hard drive and all the data that he put in my external hard drive.
